This was a great read. Even if it did border on fantasy. After all, when it comes to the subject of same-sex relationships, and especially with two 14 year old girls, how often would you find all parents, teachers, pastors, and most of the girl's straight friends, supportive of it? Not very often in the real world, if ever. But in this novel, there is just enough reality to keep the story from becoming total fantasy. Future novels should be very interesting. And it would be interesting if all the idealism should survive.

The only thing I might not be happy with is the occasions when there are conversations going on between several different teenagers at once. The back and forth banter is very difficult to keep up with. Who said what to whom? and so forth.

But that's just my personal opinion. Most people, such as myself, will really enjoy themselves.

I have only read half the first chapter, I want a refund. This is terribly written so unreal it's borderline stupid.
This book was very confusing at first, but then it started to come along. I found my self aggravated a few times by just the way the two main characters seemed to over dramatize some of the events. Although their were plenty of funny moments it still felt like it was dragging through most parts of the book
I think it a good read for teenagers struggling with their sexuality however not so good for adults. Does not have much of an ending.
Loved it.
Couldn't put it down. Wanting more!!!! A great discovery of ones self and struggle to deal with how cruel the world can be.
Great story even if it is a little hard to believe. This book really hit close to home while reading what "Pixie“ was going through. Just about every gay person goes through having those fears and freak out a as she did. I really hope their story does continue into another book. I know I'll be watching for it.
I'm pretty sure I have never read a story quite like this one. At first I didn't know how I felt about the openness of the characters or of the young ages of Sally and Lauren, but the further into it I read, the more I liked it. This book had me laughing on many occasions, I can't wait for the sequel.
